Straight from the heart of the songs of Johnny Cash, RING OF FIRE is a unique musical show about love and faith, struggle and success, rowdiness and redemption, home and family. RING OF FIRE features over 30 of the music legend's songs such as "Country Boy," "A Thing Called Love," "Five Feet High and Rising," "Daddy Sang Bass," "A Boy Named Sue," "I Walk the Line," "I've Been Everywhere," "The Man in Black" and the title song "Ring of Fire."
RING OF FIRE is an almost mythic American tale -- of growing up in simple, dirt-poor surroundings in the heartland of America, leaving home, traveling on the wings of music, finding love, misadventure, success, faith, redemption, and eventually returning home. It's about the journey of a man in search of his own soul.
In many ways Johnny Cash wrote and sang about the lives we all lead, regardless of where we lead them. If, after watching this show, you feel yourself being drawn back to your roots, it isn't accidental -- even if you've forgotten what those roots are. We here at ACE hope as we bring these wonderful songs to life, we will touch your heart, mind and soul as well, and take you back to a part of your life you may want to return to. That's what RING OF FIRE is all about.

HAIR unfurls at Actors Cabaret!
Yes, it’s time to polish those love beads, be at the “be-in” and hail and hearken to a “curly, fuzzy, snaggy, shaggy, ratty, matty, shining, gleaming, steaming, flaxen waxen, knotted, twisted, beaded, braided, powdered, flowered, bangled, tangled, spangled” phenomenon called, HAIR.HAIR mirrors the thoughts and feelings of a generation in turmoil over the Vietnam war and asks audiences to take a “trip” back to the days of beads-flowers-freedom and happiness while encouraging you to “drop out” and come to the “be in.” While HAIR is a celebration of flower children and hippies it also has a powerful political message which is still relevant today, But it is the enduring power of the music that sets HAIR apart with a score that reads like an all time top 10 hit singles chart. The American tribal love-rock musical will bring back those good-vibes through its large roster of familiar songs including, “Aquarius”, “Donna”, “Sodomy”, “Manchester, England”, “I Got Life”, “Frank Mills”, “Where Do I Go?”, “Black Boys/White Boys”, “Easy To Be Hard”, “Walking in Space”, “Good Morning Starshine”, and “Let The Sunshine In”.

Don’t miss the world premiere of Dorothy Velasco’s smart and sassy comedy at ACE’s Annex.
Reva KAufman directs PIGS IN LOVE, a heart-felt comedy about self-awareness and the consequences of living a lie. Who do we think we are, who are we really, and does it matter at all? In case you’re wondering, the play contains two of the funniest roles for pigs ever to appear onstage, along with a grandmother, a mother, and a daughter co-existing more-or-less peacefully on a small, suburban farm.
