Reva Kaufman directs PIGS IN LOVE, a heart-felt comedy about self-awareness and the consequences of living a lie. Who do we think we are, who are we really, and does it matter at all? In case you're wondering, the play contains two of the funniest roles for pigs ever to appear onstage, along with a grandmother, a mother, and a daughter co-existing more-or-less peacefully on a small, suburban farm. That is, until Pigman, a charming screw-up, enters the picture. When he hooks up with Athena, a flamboyant older woman, he discovers she's the mother of Jane, his long-lost graduate school lover. Uh-oh. Unfinished business. These humans are far more sloppy than the pigs!
